We are a dedicated team, who together strive to deliver well-designed, innovative projects within the built environment. As a team we are motivated by client satisfaction, we take pride in every project we undertake and look for opportunities to push ourselves within the industry. The team's expertise is vast, and diverse. As a practice our profession ranges from architects, technicians, designers and (retired) contractors. The teams skills combine to provide real life solutions with an architectural flare, it is a whole design solution and one that the contractors we work with trust when they embark on a project.

We also work with businesses, charities, property developers and local authorities. A selection of our commercial portfolio includes multiple housing projects, office and factory headquarters, sheltered housing with many more projects in the development stages. Siltbuster used to occupy three sites on an industrial estate which they had outgrown. They required a new dedicated single site from which to operative effectively, and to expand and develop their product line for their services throughout the UK and wider across Europe.

We offer a free initial consultation at your property, or office to discuss your requirements and ambitions for the proposed project. During this initial consultation we will set out a detailed brief, discuss your budget, timescales and advise you on the appropriate local authority consents (if required). It is a wonderful opportunity for us to visualise your aspirations for the project and offer guidance, and advice on the design and construction process. Following the initial consultation we will draft a detailed brief to include a pricing structure for GSH Architects services.

Here is a selection of the homes we have worked on including new one-off houses, barn conversions, internal remodels and home extensions. This section details our work with domestic clients; for multiple housing projects please see the Commercial section. The clients brief was to create a large open plan kitchen and family room that would take advantage of views to the garden and provide the family (and dogs) seamless inside/outside living. To achieve this we knocked the existing kitchen and dining room into one then extended to the rear.

Clever ways to integrate home working spaces into existing rooms. Why not open up the under stair space and create a stylish work station. Large landings also double up as a great and light space to include a desk space, alternately add a work station or homework desk into the kitchen for multi-use and supervision.
