While windows are our mainstay, we carry out a range of additional carpentry and joinery services; supply and fitting of hardwood flooring, design and build of shelving, wardrobes and alcove units, build and installation of doors, stairs and radiator covers. We are a small company of eight staff, led by director Frank Bair. Being small enables us to deliver a personal, comprehensive and competitive service to our customers and allows us to maintain greater quality control over our products.
All Artisans windows are made from good quality hardwood, fitted with superior ironmongery and draughtproofed. All our windows and door installations meet current government guidelines on energy efficiency and building regulations on glazing safety. New windows are installed with three coats of micro-porous paint - the final coat is applied on fitting to ensure best finish - and they are fitted with insurance rated Rola locks/restrictors. While the doors and we windows and doors we supply are double glazed in line with building regulations, single glazed units are available if maintenance and/or matching is required.
We work closely with our clients to achieve a finished result that not only fits with existing interior styles but is also economical and practical. We also offer a full painting and decorating service to ensure that the custom interior work combines coherently into your home.
