Report
Our project, whilst being relatively simple in concept and design was, and is, incredibly complex in terms of the social and environmental context and impact. AAD architects in Sheffield devised a stunning, intelligent design that perfectly fitted the brief. The design incorporated best use of land and, in collaboration with ARUP, identified best materials, structural configuration and geotechnical engineering for such a rural location overseas. As Project Manager, I have been extremely glad to have the invaluable expertise, guidance and ongoing support from Mark Hobbs, Tim Justice and David Wright.
