Planning success 2: A DPEA reporter agreed that the design quality of this proposal allowed a departure from policy for this full-width extension to a flat in the Grange area of Edinburgh. A modest proposal, but one which will allow a growing family to stay in the area.
Recent planning success: consent granted for a new house on Edinburgh's Broughton Street. The new building adopts a mews form in deference to the Georgian crescent it sits behind with design interest created by the skewed geometry of the former garden site.
