Christian's vision and creative thinking transformed our Victorian home, providing a light and spacious kitchen and living area. We are always pleased to get nice reviews from our clients so wanted to share this latest one. Christian's contact details were the first to come up when I searched for a Penarth-based Architectural Design Service and he returned my call immediately. We asked for plans for a loft conversion. Christian completed these promptly, in a professional manner, and with no fuss. He listened to what we had in mind and we were very satisfied with his work. We were glad to work with Dorian + co at Project One on this exciting project! As this grand house is in the Penarth Conservation area, the extension had to be sensitively designed in order to gain Planning Approval which LGA successfully did on the first attempt!
One of our projects is on the market at the moment. Originally we were asked to design a loft conversion which turned out really well! The converted loft space was to provide a master bedroom + en suite and as the property overlooks a nice park we opted for a row of roof lights to front elevation.
We are excited to see this project nearing completion and look forward to doing a decent photoshoot. This particular development ticks all the boxes for a typical LGA Project 1- complete re-model of existing accommodation 2- complete external finish upgrade 3- sympathetic extensions while still.
