Abacus Loft Conversions will provide sketch designs, taking into consideration your requirements and available loft space. We will provide a fully comprehensive fixed price quotation, inclusive of all plans, structural engineers calculations, craftsmanship, materials, plumbing, lighting, sockets and smoke alarms. The approved plans will then be submitted for planning if required (although not always necessary) and building regulation approval.
