After an initial consultation to determine your requirements, we will visit site and carry out a measured survey. From these measurements we will produce existing and proposed CAD drawings showing your proposals and if need be can provide an artist's impression of the new extension. Fees are based on the size of the project and work involved and do not include planning or structural engineer fees. We will advise if your extension requires planning and submit the forms and drawings and on your behalf if it does, acting as a planning agent.
