We've had nothing but problems since our loft was converted by Kingsmead in 2019, everyone we've dealt with has been a blagger and bulls-hitter. They have no idea about building standards and think its acceptable to leave customers with a leaking roof that's unfit and does not confirm to standards. Adam is nothing more than a bully who takes NO responsibility for his teams gross negligence or incompetence. For 4 years now we have been fighting with Adam to put right their bad workmanship... DO NOT USE KINGSMEAD EVER!

Barry and the team did a garage conversion for us and the work they completed was exceptional. We needed a new office space building as Im full-time WFH and the whole process of building to completion was totally seamless. We were always kept informed as to what was happening & when, and the trades brought in to complete electrics, plumbing and decorating were also spot on. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be calling upon their services again!

Kingsmead finished our loft conversion a couple of weeks ago and we are delighted with the result. All the tradesmen worked really hard, respected our property and done a fantastic job.

We are now at the end of our conversion & cannot express enough how happy we are with it. From start to finish, Adam & his team have been amazing. The standard of the work carried out (from all trades) is of extremely high standard. A very friendly and efficient team. We have a new bedroom with ensuite which is awesome & more than I hoped for. Big thank you to all. Would highly recommend.

I had the guys from Kingsmead conversions convert our loft into a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom just a few months ago (March). From the start to the finish they were excellent. Just like a well oiled machine as soon as one tradesman finished their work the next tradesman was in the next day to start their work and on it went until completion with barely a day that something wasn't being finished.

The estimating completion and costs was absolutely on the nose. The only extra money involved was for extra's that we asked them to do. What we are left with is a fantastic addition to our house finished fantastically and if we ever need to think of expanding again then Kingsmead conversions will be our first phone call. Thanks again Adam to you and your team!

We used Kingsmead Conversions to carry out our loft conversion. Adam and his team were all fantastic from start to finish. Communication was good, each individual trade kept us up to date with every step and all progress made. Adam was always quick to respond to any queries. Every trade was punctual, friendly, professional, hard working and respectful of our house and belongings. We are so pleased with the end result and the space thats been created. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work carried out.

Fantastic loft conversion by Kingsmead, all our team Garry, Sam, Dave, Matt, Casey, Darren, Bob and of course Paul and Adam did a fab job and were all great to work with. We thought we couldn't have our loft converted as the ceiling height was too low, but Adam talked through our options and managed the planning process smoothly and efficiently. Thoroughly recommend Kingsmead.
