We will advise and assist clients in determining what is architecturally possible and if planning permission is required or if construction can be achieved within permitted development. We then produce detailed technical construction plans that focus on client budget allocated, incorporating cost saving solutions, reduction in build costs and minimising construction lead times.

The Team specialise in preparing planning applications and building regulation drawings for extensions and conversions to existing properties, right through to the design of bespoke new build homes. Established in 2008 by Matthew Newman, Case Designs offers a professional architectural design service throughout the South of England. As an Architectural Technician Matthew has previously produced construction drawings for some of the country's largest residential construction companies and local contractors.
