Our surveyors have been busy undertaking wall tie inspections to a range of house-types on behalf of a social housing provider to help support their planned maintenance programme.
We were recently appointed by a housing association to investigate a defect relating to a Housing Disrepair Case. Our surveyor found that there had been secondary glazing fitted to the insides of sliding sash bay windows, which had limited the air flow and resulted in condensation. #surveying
