L Rollins Design is an Architectural practice based in the North East of England. Lynsey Rollins is a Chartered Architect. I design, prepare drawings and make planning and building regulations applications for domestic house extensions, new build properties or commercial properties. Lynsey Rollins is a fully qualified Architect. She obtained her degree, diploma and professional qualifications at Heriot-Watt University and following this has over 10 years of experience working within the profession. She has worked for large private practices before setting up working for herself in 2008. Being a mother raising a family she understands the needs and practical requirements of a modern home and can fulfil these requirements with creative solutions. Consultations are carried out in the clients own home or business and, following a dimensional survey, drawings and specifications are prepared for Planning and Building Control submissions.
