The end of a very good day! I did the final accuracy set ups and checks and set my new machine to work! 36 highly accurate tenons cut just this afternoon.
I'm back in my workshop again, after a long time building away from the workshop! I'm so pleased to be back, now I'm chopping up some really nice oak for my next project!
I'm very excited, this is a fantastic machine, it will assist me in the manufacture of wooden doors and windows! I've spent quite a few evenings taking this apart, cleaning, lubricating and re-building moving parts! Soon I will be fully ready to supply joinery products again! I can't wait to show.
I recently pre-fitted some doors in the oak linings that I made in my workshop. They have been going in today and are turning out very well! I'm very excited as it means less carrying 40kg doors around, a precise job that's already varnished, and less sawdust on site!
