Founded in 1972 and based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we work across the UK and have regional operations in London and Reading. Our mix of Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Planning Consultants, allied to niche services such as Disabled Access Consultancy, allow us to guide our clients through all stages of the property acquisition and development process, as well as the management of existing property portfolios. We believe our skill-set is unique and enables us to offer a mix of planning, cost and technical advice right from the outset of a project, which can and does save our clients time and money.

As the name suggests this is our most comprehensive form of Building Survey covering every aspect of the property in detail including gardens and grounds and fixtures and fittings. This type of building survey is most suitable for a novice purchaser who wants a comprehensive overview of the property. This Building Survey focuses on the structural stability and weather-tightness of the property only, thus it does not include gardens and grounds, fixtures and fittings and peripheral items such as the standard of decoration.

Unlike some of our competitors, we have Surveyors who specialise in Dilapidations and have the knowledge and experience to secure the best possible outcome for you. You can rely on us to take responsibility for your dilapidations claim and to guide you through, what can be a complex process, step-by-step, in an informed and pragmatic manner.

Our Quantity Surveying team offers the full range of services you would expect from a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with the aim to always exert comprehensive financial control, throughout all phases of a project, from inception to completion, always with the aim of delivering value for money and controlling the 'bottom line. In addition to the normal services of a Quantity Surveyor, we like to think we can bring years of experience, which allow us to identify opportunities for you to maximise value from any project and if this means changing strategy or direction, we won't be afraid to tell you.

Working with our in-house team of Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors, our Planning Consultants provide clear, no-nonsense, meaningful advice to support your planning applications and planning appeals, as well as a range of other planning services. Our role is to take responsibility. We see securing planning permission as much more than just complying with the relevant planning regulations. We believe in providing clear and concise recommendations, which identifies planning risk and opportunities and is part of a comprehensive analysis of all options for the site in question.
