We are a pragmatic design led firm of Brighton Architects, with a combination of skills and experience gained through designing, funding, building and project managing difficult construction projects in Sussex and beyond, that has given us a holistic view of all the skills required to make a successful building. Our work ranges from the smallest window replacement, through house extensions to commercial, residential, office and shops, on sites of up to 10 acres. Maximizing potential through intensive design to achieve schemes that are truly viable, we work closely with all parties to achieve high levels of approvals on Brighton, Hove & Sussex planning applications.

We know that good quality contextual design adds value to a project in every respect, and that through considered specification and value engineering budgets can be kept under control. We often re-design consented schemes achieving extra floors and space, sometimes within the original building envelope.
