This garage conversion was done for one of our regular customers, we originally built the garage for her, then later transformed it into a dwelling for her extended family. To prepare the site we had to take out 400 tonne of stone from the side of a banking and then dig down until we hit solid rock. Some of stone was then reused to face the front of the building. After digging out we formed a concrete pad for the build. Our block layers and joiners then built the skeleton of the structure.
