Our project management and quantity surveying division is a part of Building Design Group and a leading consultancy in its own right, with national projects and a shared history of success and excellence. Located in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter conservation area, SGUV is one of the city's largest residential developments, offering high-end residential and commercial accommodation.

With a great track record, Building Design Group has established itself as a forward thinking, youthful, dynamic practice, that draws on its technical and commercial past. We started as a sole trader and have grown and developed steadily, expanding both our project base and our skill set, including RICS services, project management, quantity surveying and obtaining RIBA Chartered status. Now, we have around 15 staff and in recent years our hard work and special approach has helped establish Building Design Group as a leading architect's practice in the West Midlands, with a rich variety of work throughout the UK.

We strive to understand our clients so we can personalise our response and create architecture that is Most Advanced Yet Acceptable. We provide all the services you would expect and more, sketches, 3D visuals, architectural renders and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Our staff includes architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, technologists, technicians, energy consultants and artists. Our aim is to create bespoke, considered, progressive architecture for commercial and private clients.
