Home Architectural Ltd. is a CIAT Registered Practice who offer a personal design service at affordable prices. We appreciate that not only are you making a large financial commitment, but that this is your home. Many of our clients now contact us having being recommended by someone we have provided design services for previously. We also carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance for our projects to give you peace of mind. Emma graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1999 and has worked as an Architectural Assistant in architectural practices across the North West.
Contact us for your first FREE OF CHARGE home visit to discuss your ideas for your home. We will then provide you with a written offer of our architectural services, and once we receive your formal acceptance we will arrange to survey your home. Having carried out a full measured survey, we will generate accurate CAD building plans of the existing and proposed design, and possibly suggest alternative solutions. We will email these or arrange a further visit to obtain your approval or make alterations.
We offer a Standard Service and an Extended Service. The level of service you wish us to provide depends on your own personal requirements. With either service, we will work with you to develop the architectural design for your home, whilst also considering your budget. This is the service for you if you are confident of doing the work yourself or with your own builder, and simply require the necessary Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval. This is the service for you if you want the peace of mind that having your project monitored will bring.
Emma is really thorough and her plans that she draws are spot on. She managed everything for us with the local authorities (planning permission, building control, etc) meaning that we didn't need to worry about anything like that. She took away the stress of finding/ appointing our builder who was excellent and she maintained site visits throughout the construction and fit-out period to help keep plans on track. I would definitely recommend Emma to anyone and would definitely use her again.
