Our process begins with an initial call, followed by a local site visit, a staged fee proposal with a sketch, and, once commissioned, a survey and early planning discussions.

We supply a detailed, staged fee proposal with an illustrative sketch, then commence work upon agreement. We also coordinate surveys and support early planning conversations to help streamline approvals.
