The first stage of the architecture process is the design brief, during this step we'll share ideas collaboratively to follow the best path to achieve your vision. Following will be a measured survey of the appropriate area to allow us to complete a concept design to aid further discussions to agree the direction to proceed. Once concept talks have been completed we can develop the initial design based on your comments to allow a planning application (if required) to be submitted. Following discussions with local authorities and the granting of planning permission we shall complete building regulations drawings showing how we intend for your project to be constructed to allow for building quotations to be obtained by you, or given to your chosen builder to commence work.
