From an early age I was involved in assisting my father to manufacture and produce quality custom made kitchens and furniture to special order. All furniture inlayed with wood veneer so particular accuracy and attention to detail was required. Over time, I started to develop and hone this skill without realising. As a matter of fact I still practice my skills in making wood inlayed table tops to keep my skills sharp. Take a look in our Gallery for some examples of table top veneer and marquetry work.

We were very impressed and please with all contact we had with Dmitry. We had received several quotations and Art of joinery supplied by far the best value for money with regards to materials and the overall specification for the work required. The workmanship was excellent, Dmitry arrived and finished at the times discussed and the room was left clean and tidy afterwards. They fitted in well with our weird time restraints and were pleasant to have in the house. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Just wanted to say how professional and accomodating Dimitry was during an under stair storage conversion we had carried out. The job was fantastic and completed on time and we are delighted with the results.

New kitchen fitted fitted for customer in Blackness. Same finish 4 door fronts used for small utility cupboard. Dishwa sher fitted next to sink unit, magic corner base unit that give maximum storage for space, bins base unit and fitted microwave makes kitchen look uncluttered.
