Carrock Design & Build is led by our Managing Director who is a Chartered RIBA Architect with a passion and respect for older buildings. His job is to provide bespoke architectural and design services along with delivering the highest level of construction for our client projects. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and by following the Federation's protocols, Carrock Design & Build are able to offer our clients key benefits including simple ‘plain English' contracts and a clear approach to all construction activities.
In 2015 Carrock Homes was formed as a division of Carrock Design and Build. This was to allow Carrock Design &Build to remain focused on renovation and restorative work while Carrock Homes concentrates on the architecture and crafting of new homes developments throughout Cumbria. At Carrock Homes we use the same exceptional levels of quality and service you expect from a project delivered by Carrock Design& Build to construct beautiful homes using the best in architectural techniques, traditional crafts and materials.
