Phil gave us a very reasonable quote to start with, we reviewed the Cloud 9 website which is outstanding and decided to use them for our visuals. We kept in regular contact and the technical visuals were the first to be produced, they were brilliant. Following on from here I had a clear vision of how we would market our product, colour schemes, accessories, what I wanted the end result to be. Communication was excellent and with plenty of back and forth Phil was able to bring the vision to life. His interpretation was spot on and nothing was ever too much trouble.
