Technical Solutions Limited have been operating for the past 13 years in and around The Brecon Beacons National Parks, Powys and Monmouthshire and have to date completed a vast number of residential and commercial projects. We have gained valuable experience over the years completing a number of barn conversions, new build dwellings, extensions and loft conversions for a wide range of clients. Director Robert Huntly continues to offer his services to the general public as well as working with large organisations as a technical consultant at senior level.

We have now joined forces with a variety of associates and are able to offer Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, Land and Engineering surveys and construction/project management services for residential and commercial development. All design work is covered by our companies Professional Indemnity insurance for a period of not less than 10 years. Additional services include build certification required by lenders funding self build projects which may be used as an alternative to NHBC or other approved structural warranties at a fraction of the cost for mortgage advances/draw down of funds.
