Services
Concept Design
Our concept design phase begins with client consultations to understand project requirements and aspirations. We create initial sketches and 3D visuals to explore feasibility, ensuring alignment with your vision and budget. This stage establishes the foundation for detailed development.
Feasibility Studies
We conduct feasibility studies to assess project constraints and opportunities, using preliminary designs to evaluate practicality. This ensures your requirements align with the site's potential and budgetary considerations before progressing to detailed plans.
Design Development
During design development, we refine material choices, project scope, and quality standards. Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared to enable accurate cost forecasting and planning applications, ensuring clarity for regulatory approvals.
Construction Documents
We produce comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings and product specifications, to secure building regulations approval. These documents guide contractors during construction, ensuring adherence to design intent and compliance with legal standards.
Contract Administration
Our contract administration services involve managing the client-contractor agreement, conducting site visits, and ensuring work aligns with construction documents. We monitor quality, material compliance, and project timelines to guarantee successful delivery.
