ARPL have completed a substantial number of residential development projects, both as social housing and private or speculative development. The commissions have often been made following adoption of regeneration strategies we have proposed or as a result of site evaluation with a housing association. Our design emphasis is one of establishing a sense of place'', responding to the site and it's environs and an understanding of the clients priorities to meet a community or social need or economic benefit as an enabling project for another development.
