Bannister Developments Ltd provides quality building services throughout Lincolnshire and the UK. We are based in Laceby (near Grimsby) and have traded since 1966, with our current directors since 1982. We are experienced in a wide range of construction types including house building, structural alterations, extensions and conversions including commercial and residential projects. We pride ourselves on a solid foundation of reputation as one of Grimsby's longest serving building contractors. From project start to finish we work closely with our clients to ensure a professional and consultative working relationship.

We offer a wide range of services to our residential customers including New Builds, Extensions, Conservatories/Sun Rooms, Alterations and Conversions. We have a strong local property portfolio and take pride in the quality of our work, as do our customers. We know how important the home is and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and more importantly, to our customers standards. Our team of highly qualified professionals covering all trades are highly skilled and complete all work to building regulation standards. We pride ourselves on working closely with our partners and clients to produce building work of the highest quality. The majority of our work comes from personal recommendations and long standing relationships with local architects, engineers, surveyors and other agencies. As a main contractor we undertake a wide range of projects working with either private or public clients.
