Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning employs hot water extraction to remove embedded dirt and allergens. HEPA vacuuming prepares surfaces, followed by pH-balanced pre-sprays and stain-specific treatments. Furniture is temporarily relocated and protected during cleaning, with optional soil protectors available for extended maintenance. Drying times typically range between 4-12 hours.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialised cleaning for sofas, curtains, and mattresses using non-toxic solutions. Our process includes dry dirt extraction, targeted stain removal, and pH-balanced cleaning. Leather conditioning services ensure continued protection. All treatments maintain fabric integrity while achieving quick drying results through commercial-grade extraction.
Commercial Cleaning
Comprehensive cleaning for hotels, offices, and healthcare facilities. Services include sanitisation, odour removal, and stain protection for high-traffic areas. We follow strict safety protocols with documented risk assessments. Our team accommodates business hours to minimise operational disruption while maintaining professional presentation standards.
Questions
Will cleaning damage my carpet fibres?
No, our warm water extraction method is recommended by manufacturers. It removes contaminants without leaving residue that could degrade fibres.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
We recommend cleaning every 18-24 months to prevent permanent fibre damage from accumulated dry soils.
Do you move furniture during cleaning?
We relocate smaller items and temporarily move larger furniture, placing protective pads underneath during replacement.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions that leave no harmful residues after extraction.
What drying times should I expect?
Drying typically takes 4-12 hours depending on ventilation and carpet type. Turbo-dryers can accelerate the process.

Keiron was courteous and very helpful. He did an excellent job cleaning a large rug that sees a lot of foot traffic. He also cleaned my leather suite, which now looks much fresher. I highly recommend his services!
