Our project space at 20 Wellington Road is available for hire for a variety of functions. It is well suited for meetings and away days but is also flexible enough to be used as a project space for creating work. It has large double doors overlooking the wharf and is separated from the communal kitchen area by opaque folding doors. It measures 6.1 x 4.25 metres and is 3.3 high. The table will comfortably accommodate 12 people but the room can be rearranged in a variety of ways to allow for more people.
We are based at 20 Wellington Road which is a former Victorian icehouse overlooking Shoreham Harbour in Brighton. Designed by award winning architects Block, 20 Wellington Road has been developed to act as a meeting point for artists, scientists and industry to collaborate, research and exchange knowledge. The building is designed to be sustainable, employing the highest quality design and materials to deliver value in the long term. We do occasional talks, workshops, showings, public tests and seminars.
