Took my curtains into the shop unfortunately they disintegrated the manager tried to get them re-lined but the cost was too high. The curtains cost me £120 and Toffs reimbursed the whole amount without any fuss. Thank you so much and yes of course they will still be the cleaners I always use. Fantastic customer service

The way I have just been spoken to by the man that apparently dry clean my £400 jacket and left a mark on it absolutely disgraceful would highly recommend not going ther swearing at me in front of my 7 year old son disgraceful customer service working alongside the Zip Yard Brighton wouldn't even give it one star if there was a Lower score he would be getting it
