Services
Dust-Free Floor Sanding
Our dust-free floor sanding utilises high-filtration vacuum systems achieving 99.9% dust removal. We employ state-of-the-art belt sanders with variable grit abrasives for smooth finishes, complemented by edging tools for hard-to-reach areas. The process includes surface preparation, multi-stage sanding, and application of protective finishes like hard-wax oils or water-based lacquers, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum durability for both domestic and commercial properties.
Parquet Floor Restoration
Specialising in herringbone and mosaic parquet patterns, our restoration includes gap filling with pine slithers or resin mixes, followed by two-tone staining options. We install new 5-finger mosaic patterns and repair existing timbers using traditional techniques combined with modern materials. The process concludes with oil or lacquer sealing to preserve intricate designs while maintaining structural integrity for heritage and contemporary properties alike.
Wood Floor Staining
Our bespoke staining service offers 12 standard shades including antique oak, smoked oak, and whitewash finishes. We apply water or oil-based stains after thorough sanding preparation, creating either natural transparent finishes or dramatic two-tone effects through texturising. The treatment enhances wood grain characteristics while providing durable protection against foot traffic and environmental factors in both residential and commercial settings.
Professional Carpet Cleaning
Our 9-step cleaning process combines industrial vacuuming, pre-treatment, and truck-mounted high-pressure systems to remove deep-seated dirt. We use eco-friendly biodegradable solutions safe for households with children and pets. The service includes stain removal for common spills, protective coating application, and rapid drying within two hours, maintaining carpet longevity while improving indoor air quality through dust mite elimination.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Specialising in natural stone and ceramic tiles, our service includes diamond grinding, steam cleaning, and grout recolouring without harsh chemicals. The 9-step process removes limescale and mould while preserving surface integrity. We provide sealing treatments to protect against future staining and offer lippage correction for uneven tiles, restoring both functionality and aesthetic appeal to kitchen, bathroom, and commercial flooring surfaces.
