At last heating engineers that take pride in the job, listen to you rather than patronising you! A very thorough service to manufacturers spec and unbiased advise about how to better operate the boiler and controls. Tweaked air mixture to achieve perfect combustion. Patiently and knowledgeably answered my questions and even carried out a water quality test rather than dumping a load of chemicals in. Boiler running sweet and almost silently. Fantastic!
