Services
Dust-Free Floor Sanding
Our dust-free floor sanding utilises advanced extraction systems to remove 99.9% of airborne particles during timber floor restoration. Using belt sanding machines with variable grit abrasives, we achieve smooth surfaces while protecting indoor air quality. The process includes gap filling with pine slithers or resin mixtures, followed by hard wax oil or lacquer finishes for durable, low-maintenance results.
Parquet Floor Restoration
Specialist parquet floor restoration combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to revive herringbone and mosaic patterns. We repair damaged blocks, re-lay sections using authentic materials, and apply bespoke stains to match original designs. The service includes surface preparation, gap filling, and protective coatings to preserve historical integrity while meeting contemporary usage requirements.
Wood Floor Staining
Custom wood floor staining transforms timber surfaces with water- or oil-based solutions in 12 standard shades including antique oak, smoked oak, and whitewash. Our two-tone texturising option creates distinctive aged effects through grain distressing. The process begins with dust-free sanding to ensure even absorption, followed by multiple coats of premium stains for long-lasting vibrancy.
Professional Carpet Cleaning
Our 9-step carpet cleaning system combines industrial vacuuming, pre-treatment, and truck-mounted extraction to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. The process includes fibre protection application to resist future spills, dust mite elimination, and eco-friendly solutions safe for children and pets. We handle both domestic carpets and commercial-grade wool/Oriental rugs with specialist care.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Tile cleaning employs high-pressure steam and pH-neutral solutions to restore ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces without chemical damage. Grout lines receive deep cleaning followed by colour sealing options to maintain freshness. The 9-stage process includes surface protection with breathable sealants, diamond polishing for stone tiles, and lippage correction for uneven surfaces.
