Our cleaning processes can be used on all kinds of machining's, castings, fabrications and assemblies made from all kinds of metals. Our low pressure blasting ystems enable us to clean and restore a whole range of metal items from large structures and frameworks to delicate metal objects.
Items made from most commonly used metals such as aluminium, steel, cast iron, bronze can all be gently cleaned and restored using our specialist grits. Our sandblasting systems can also be used on Victorian fire places, metal stairways, building framework and supports, gates and railings and vehicles of every description.

Masonry
Our blast cleaning processes can be used on all kinds of masonry including stone and brickwork, flagstone floors, inglenook fire places, mullions, coins and render. We specialise in the careful restoration of many parts of your building, from removing paint from the whole of the outside to let your building breathe, to removal of coatings ready for new. As paint is a hard substance to remove from masonry our team use either a calcium or stone grit cleaning method to achieve the desired result whilst also amending the pressure to ensure there is no damage to the substrate.

Our soft blast and soda blast cleaning processes can be used on both new and old, hardwood and softwood.
Paint, stains and years of grime can be readily removed from old wooden floors, roof beams, oak frames and lintels to restore them to their natural beauty using our specialist blasting equipment.

Alberny have done our sand and soda blasting for the past 13yrs. They have always been responsive and attentive. Producing good quality work and surprisingly clean for how messy a job it is. We specialize in traditional properties so these works must be sympathetic and carried out with good communication. On both I have always been happy.

I rang Sandy at Alberny Restorations in Martock to book in some old, but heavily painted garden furniture. I dropped it off with a very pleasant young man who was more than willing to help me unload and indeed to show me around their spike and span work area. Not at all what I expected for a business involved in such a dirt inducing process. Just two days later, and for exactly what they quoted, my chairs, bench and table were ready for me to collect.
A different young man, equally friendly and helpful loaded me up with my now spotless garden furniture. What a pleasure to deal with a company where everyone from the office to the coal face seemed to make every effort to send me away a happy customer. I can not recommend Alberny Restorations highly enough!
