Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilises hot water extraction to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. We follow a meticulous 9-stage process including vacuuming, pre-treatment, and steam cleaning with temperatures up to 110C. This method extends carpet lifespan by eliminating abrasive particles that accelerate wear while improving indoor air quality by removing trapped pollutants.
Rug Cleaning
Specialist off-site cleaning for Persian and oriental rugs using controlled techniques to preserve colours and fibres. We perform colour-fastness tests and use tailored solutions for delicate materials, including free collection and return service. Our process removes embedded dirt and revitalises appearance without compromising structural integrity.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional cleaning of sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture using gentle yet effective methods. We employ pre-sprays, soft brushing, and low-moisture extraction to restore fabric appearance while eliminating allergens. The process includes optional protective treatments to prolong cleanliness and resist future staining.
Spot Removal
Targeted stain and odour removal service addressing 90% of common household stains. Our technicians identify stain composition and fabric type before applying specialist solutions. We advise against DIY treatments that may set stains, offering expert intervention to maximise removal success while protecting fabric integrity.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Comprehensive cleaning solution for rental properties ensuring compliance with deposit return requirements. We specialise in restoring carpets and soft furnishings to pre-letting condition through deep-cleaning processes that remove years of accumulated dirt while maintaining material longevity.

Report
I had my badly stained cream carpet cleaned today, James did a wonderful job and removed stains that even he didn't think would come out! It cost less than I was expecting and the results were better than I was expecting too! From start to finish James provided a professional and reliable service, I would not hesitate to recommend Roffey Cleaning to friends and family and will definitely be using them again.
