BarrJoinery is a company born out of the demand for individually designed joinery items; from one off pieces to full-scale whole house refits. The BarrJoinery ethos centres around attention to detail and putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do and the BarrJoinery team thrive on the challenge provided by the varied spectrum of projects commissioned by our clients. Sustainability and energy efficiency are a prominent consideration for all external joinery work carried out.

BarrJoinery was set up by Founder and Director Stuart Barr, in response to the joinery and cabinetry requirements of Barr Group construction projects. Trained in precision cabinetry, at Rycotewood College, Stuart struggled find the quality of craftsmanship required by his clients. The Barr Group values of 'attention to detail' and 'doing things differently' are the foundation on which BarrJoinery has been built and which remain central to its ethos. Joined recently by Operational Lead Chris Leigh-Cattrall, the team focus on bringing whole house cabinetry commissions to life, in collaboration with direct clients and design partnerships.

BarrJoinery's specialist team manufacture doors and windows, from one-off heritage pieces to complete retrofit or new build properties. The one constant is the traditional precision techniques used to produce every item manufactured in the BarrJoinery workshop. Each piece, hand finished, is manufactured to last for as long as its beneficiary structure, whether a contemporary design statement or a precious piece of our countries heritage. I was very impressed with the quality of the joinery produced by BarrJoinery for America Farm.
