The first time you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, or arrange to leave out cash for us, we will text you to acknowledge receipt of your payment to give you peace of mind. We won't hesitate to let you know if we're at your property and notice something out of the ordinary. At TnT Window Cleaning we use Water-Fed Pole Technology to ensure your windows are left streak free, spot free and smear free! Using a telescopic pole that extends up to 30 feet, we can easily reach windows up to the second floor (and even the third floor) without using ladders.

TnT Window Cleaning is a small family business established in 2012, local to Basildon, Essex. Window cleaning is performed by Jon, the business owner. Our business is based on our strong relationships with our customers. We send a free text reminder in advance of our cleaning appointments. We are reliable and turn up when we say we will turn up. We are readily approachable so our customers feel at ease if they ever need to bring any issues to our attention. We pay attention to small details, like shutting the gate behind us and taking care not to let our hoses drag through plants or damage garden ornaments.

We don't ask you to sign a contract. You can cancel at any time. We understand there may be odd months during the year that you may not need your windows cleaned, perhaps due to holidays or maintenance work on your property. Just let us know and we will work to your requirements. There is no penalty when you cancel. We will text you the day before your cleaning is due. This is especially helpful to our customers who have locked side gates, as the text serves as a reminder to unlock the gate so we can gain access to the rear windows.
