We at Leeksons Exterior Cleaning offer a full range of exterior cleaning services. We are a family run business and have been established for over 15 years. We specialise in all aspects domestic and commercial cleaning including render cleaning and other types of chemical cleaning, such as graffiti removal and stain removal. Leeksons Exterior Cleaning is a family run business operating in South Wales, Bristol and the South West. We are very thorough with our work, and we always strive to reach a very high standard of work every time. Although we work mostly in South Wales we do travel further to carry out larger scale work. I have been involved in exterior of cleaning since 1998. I started my business when I was 14 years old carrying out exterior cleaning work on the weekends. When I left school I expanded the business and built on it until I progressed toward specialized cleaning i.e. render cleaning, chemical cleaning, pressure washing, steam cleaning, etc.

For effective graffiti removal the best chemicals need to be used. We believe we use the best chemicals for the job. We have trialed many brands of graffiti removal chemicals on the market, and have sourced what we believe are the best chemicals around. We use different types and brands of graffiti removal chemicals and after considering the paint type, colour, thickness and surface type, we use the best graffiti removal chemical for the job at hand. Graffiti removal is not a one chemical job. By using the wrong chemicals or techniques you can damage a surface beyond repair.

Over time window frame fade. Due to exposure to the sun and the elements window frames become faded. Powder coated aluminium window frames in particular suffer from oxidisation caused and sun damage. We carry out a window frame restoration service which can transform your window frames and bring them back to life. We carry out deep cleaning for window frames and supply this service in the South Wales and Bristol areas. By using specialist cleaning chemicals we can restore the window frames of a property back to it's original glory.

When is comes to cleaning buildings we have had a lot of experience in cleaning some big buildings in Cardiff. We carry a lot of our building cleaning out for decorating companies that employ our services to thoroughly wash down a large building ready for painting. We have also carried out work for companies that like to have the buildings cleaned down and not have it painted afterwards. As we are not just a window cleaning company, or a pressure washing company we can supply our client with a total cleaning service.

We have had a lot of experience in cleaning cladding over the last 15 years. Whether you would like the PVC fascia cladding cleaned on your house, or you would like the front of a store cleaned we can provide our services to suit you. Where possible we can clean from the ground using our telescopic poles and lances. However this is not always possible if the cladding to too high. This is when we bring in the cherry pickers. We hold IPAF licenses and can transport a cherry picker to the site, or if needed have a larger one delivered.

Moss will cause damage to your roof so it is important to removal the growth before water gets into your roof space. Leeksons Exterior Cleaning will remove the moss from your roof and apply a biocide to kill the moss spores. This will mean your roof will stay cleaner for longer. When removing moss from a roof the right safety precautions should be in place. For this reason we do not step foot on your roof unless it is absolutely necessary. This means we use a tower scaffold to carry out nearly all our roof cleaning jobs.

The ThermaTech system enables us to clean delicate surfaces using high temperature, but low pressure. By heating the water to around 155C, but maintaining a liquid spray we can clean stonework, render, woodwork and other soft surfaces thoroughly at only 50 bar. The ThermaTech cleaning system allows a low pressure spray of water at 155C. Other steam cleaners allow the water to turn to dry steam at this temperature which is not suitable for cleaning. This is where the ThermaTech sets itself apart from hot pressure washers.

When newly installed wooden decking, wooden cladding, fencing and wooden furniture looks lovely. But algae grows on the srface turning the wood green, black or grey. Many people have the idea that when this happens there is little that can be done to stop it. However we at Leeksons have come accross many different types of woodwork and have transformed the look of many properties by cleaning them. We were asked to clean the walls, fascias, gutters, patios and conservatory of a house in Radyr, Cardiff.

When installed block paved driveways look stunning. A clean driveway makes the whole property look better. But unfortunately over time block paving gets dirty and weeds and moss grow in between the blocks. This leaves the area looking tired and dirty. In one day we at Leeksons can transform the look of your property by cleaning your driveway. We only use professional grade, diesel powered pressure washers. This enables us to clean your driveway to a much higher standard than if it were to be cleaned with an electric pressure washer.

We have had many years experience in cleaning patios as well as other hard floor areas. Whether you would like your patios cleaned before the Spring and Summer months, or if you would like your slippery patios and paths cleaned in the Autumn and Winter months, we can help you out. As we use professional pressure washers to clean your paving slabs we also remove the weeds and moss whilst cleaning. We also treat the slabs with a chemical that kills the algae and the spores to remove lichen spots and leaveyour patio in ‘as new' condition.

Installing new UPVC on your house is an expensive job. But by regularly maintaining your UPVC surfaces your investment can be kept in ‘top-notch' condition. We can clean your fascias, soffits, guttering, cladding and frames. The height doesn't matter, as we have invested in a variety of ways to clean your property. Using a telescopic pressure washing lance we clean the areas to make sure that every area is cleaned. By pressure washing the area it enables us to thoroughly clean the akward parts i.e. around guttering brackets.

A new brick wall looks great, but within a few years moss and algae grows on them causing their once red or yellow look to go green or black. We carry out algae removal from brickwork as well cleans using different types of acids. We have many years experience and can advise our customers on the best way to carry out a clean, using the right chemical for the job. As part of a chewing gum removal job in a public school in Cardiff we were asked to clean the bricks on this little staircase. The difference between the dirty and the clean was amazing.

A newly rendered building looks great, especially through coloured render. This type of coloured render is often sold as maintenance free. However the reality is within a few years algae often appears on the surface of the render making the new render look old and dirty. Some companies will suggest painting the surface but this is costly and 99% of the time unnecessary. We can remove the algae from the surface usually without the need for costly cherry picker of scaffolding fees. If render is cleaned using high pressurised water damage to the surface is likely.

Gutters are designed to let rain water flow from your roof into your drains. By having a build up of plants, grass and dirt they can not do what they were designed to do. We can clear all the leaves, dirt and other debris from your guttering to ensure the water will flow freely and help them to function properly. What methods do you use? We have invested in a state of the art gutter vacuuming system. This enables us to remove the debris found in gutters from the floor safely to a height of 40ft.

Pressure washing alone can clean stonework to a degree, but the majority of the time a chemical clean is needed to clean the surface and to kill and remove algae and lichen spots. We can clean stonework at ground level as well as high level areas. Where possible we use cherry pickers rather than scaffolding. This means we can usually turn up, clean the area and leave in just one day - without leaving the scaffolding on your house for several week or months.
