Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our hot water extraction method removes deep dirt and stains from carpets using Prochem systems. This process involves pre-treating soiled areas, applying specialist detergents, and extracting contaminants with high-powered vacuuming. Ideal for prolonging carpet lifespan and improving indoor air quality through thorough sanitisation.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialist cleaning for sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture using non-damaging techniques. We apply targeted stain removal, deodorisation, and fabric-safe chemicals to restore appearance without over-wetting materials. Includes pre-cleaning fabric tests to ensure colourfastness and material integrity.
Rug Cleaning
On-site cleaning for Chinese, Oriental, and other rug types using temperature-controlled water and dye-stable detergents. The process prevents colour bleeding while eliminating embedded dirt and allergens. Includes careful moisture management to minimise drying times for delicate woven materials.
Flood Damage Restoration
Emergency response for water-damaged carpets and subfloors using industrial extraction equipment. Combines moisture mapping, antimicrobial treatments, and structural drying to prevent mould growth. Includes insurance-compliant documentation for claim validation purposes.
Stain Removal
Targeted elimination of persistent stains using Prochem-approved chemical solutions. The process involves pH testing, solvent application, and traffic lane cleaning to address both organic and synthetic contaminants. Achieves visible improvement on previously treated areas.
