Clearview was established in 1989 by Keith Coburn (currently the Managing Director) in the East End of London. It started out as a very small domestic window cleaning round with many of the clients being small terraced houses. The work was carried out in the local area to his home on a Sunday morning, this was because at 15 years old Keith was attending school! As the business started to expand Keith designed leaflets with the help of school resources, which he distributed in his spare time. Before long a Sunday morning window cleaning round became a full time job.

Clearview Window Cleaning Services are members and affiliates of various window cleaning trade associations that are associated with our industry and the Health and Safety sector. Our main objective is to achieve a safe method of working and by being members of the federation of window cleaners allows us to attend various road shows and corporate meetings to keep us up to date with current legislation. Some of the other trade associations include: The Industrial Rope Access Technicians Association (IRATA) and the Guild of Master craftsman.

We use the very latest cleaning and buffing machines and all cleaning products used conform to COSHH safety guidelines and are environmentally friendly.

This relatively new concept of window cleaning has revolutionised the cleaning industry as its many benefits far outweigh other window cleaning access methods. By using 100% pure laboratory graded water which is then heated to 70 degrees and pumped through carbon fibre telescopic poles, we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 80 feet (7-8 floors). There are virtually no Health and Safety risks impeding its use in anyway, making it by far the safest and most cost effective method of cleaning, with excellent results.

At Clearview window cleaners we recognise the importance of the quality of our work and it is company policy to maintain the highest standards possible by implementing a strict code of conduct for all staff and outsourced contractors. It is our policy and standard practice to have a works satisfactory note signed off by each client, on completion of any work. This gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work. The comments are then passed on to management, who monitor and carry out, random quality control checks, on all staff and contracts.
