Love-Rugs was launched in 2009 by Little-Persia, Scotland's leading hand-knotted rug specialist, and has since become an online hub for modern and traditional rugs and carpets. Hundreds of people from all over the UK visit Love-Rugs online and in-store every day because we offer the widest selection of unique modern and traditional rugs on the market, combined with an individual service we think you deserve. Our range includes traditional and contemporary designs from budget to designer lines, large and small sized rugs in normal shapes as well as hall runners and circular rugs.

Traditional rugs come in a range of designs and materials. To help us narrow down your search we have divided our traditional pieces into a number of sub-categories. Hand-knotted rugs are put together one knot at a time and can take years to complete. They are often considered a form of art and along with the number of hours going in to making the unique pieces their price is reflected in this. Our current range of knotted rugs include Persian & Oriental designs as well as some quality modern designer pieces.

Modern rugs fit well into the British home giving style, colour, texture and comfort. Our modern rugs range from designer pieces to natural fibre floor coverings to budget rugs. We have a limited number of exclusive hand-knotted modern rugs as well as a wide selection of modern machine made, shaggy and contemporary hand-tufted varieties. Of course there are different definitions of 'modern' when it comes to rugs. Some may simply be looking for a plain rug which will be minimalist and go with any decor - we'd recommend our great value Trend rugs or Striped Rugs for this.

We can provide any of our LVT ranges fitted or supply only, and can give advice on appropriate wear layers, sub-floor preparation, tile and installation type.

In store we have carpets and colour samples from brands such as Lano, including the revolutionaty SmartStrand yarn, technology developed by Du Pont; Nourison, with their luxurious range of quality carpets in New Zealand wool and Luxcelle; Associated Weavers, encompassing their ultra-soft Invictus line as well as great value wool carpets from Thomas Witten, with many more to come in near future.
