Unfortunately my experience of Dolly Char the Eastbourne franchise run by Chris Smith was very poor. He cancelled my cleaner with less than a weeks notice and did not even try to find us a replacement. Was really worried and contacted cleaner direct as we had got on so well and thought I had done something wrong. Cleaner was very apologetic and her husband was ill. Chris made no attempt to explain this to me. He also refused to refund the (albeit small) amount we had paid up front. I will never use a franchise service again, never ever recommend Dolly Char.
