We are committed to giving a personal and professional service at true value for money, which offers convenience for our members. If required we are also happy to provide fill-in cleaners for our members should your regular cleanergo on holiday or be away for a longer period of time.
We will find a regular cleaner for you who matches your requirements and can get to you easily. Usually, we will have placed a cleaner with you within 2 weeks of initial contact and membership. If the placement is to take a little longer than this, for any reason, we will let you know. The cleaners will have had to provide proof of identity, proof of address and references when interviewed. We ask that week-to-week arrangements and any changes should be made directly with your cleaner. The responsibility and arrangements for cleaners to hold keys must rest with individual members.
