As with carpets, great care is taken at every stage to ensure safe cleaning of your upholstery. As a precautionary note - the use of supermarket products can actually make the problem worse as they can actually set the stain in the fabric. If in any doubt, please feel free to call so we can advise you on the best method of treatment or how to contain the problem until we can assess it for you. Off site cleaning is the preferred method of cleaning rugs as by their very nature, they are likely to have many vibrant colours and the utmost care must be taken when cleaning them.
