We decided to choose D Sparrow Heating and Plumbing to Supply us with quotes for work to be carried out on our heating.
There were three jobs we required to have done, T
the annual service on the boiler, the motorise diverter valve had become faulty, and change six radiators.
First and foremost, Mr Sparrow visited our home to survey the heating system, within a short time he had made his assessment, and i agreed to have the work carried out, the quotes were competitive.
The employees who carried out the work were considerate, and polite, and they respected our home by placing dust sheets over the carpets, and wearing over shoe protectors, in fact before leaving they left our home in the same condition as they found it, they are an asset to the company.
We would have no hesitation in contacting D Sparrow again if we required further work to be carried out.

Great service by knowledgeable engineers. Had a problem with my boiler which British Gas had been unable to resolve. Called Sparrows, and within a few days the problem was diagnosed, part fitted and problem resolved. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work Sparrow's have carried out. A new shower pump. They came on the day stated both to review the situation and to fit it. The work was done quickly and on the day stated. Couldn't ask for better. Highly recommended

Great reliable service and friendly staff.
I use them every year for my gas safety check, they even remind me when it's due.
Boiler was installed by them 5 years ago and has run perfectly from day one.

Honest, reliable, does a really good job and doesn’t overcharge (unlike some trades I’ve come across). I’ve used Jon’s plumbers several times now (including a new boiler fitting) and can’t fault the service.

Thank you so much for such an excellent and speedy service yesterday! My 81 year old Aunty's kitchen had more buckets than B&M collecting the deluge from the ceiling. The plumber who came was so polite and efficient and really reassuring.Highly recommend as would my Aunty May, thank you!

My parents boiler had broke, someone came out yesterday and advised them that they needed a new circuit board which would cost them £350, as this was quite expensive they called another company out who fixed the problem there and then and it cost them £40 for a trip switch! I would not recommend to anyone. SCAM.
Thank you D sparrows for coming out and fixing my boiler so quickly, having no hot water in the summer was no joke now I can have showers again instead of boiling the kettle brilliant service by a really nice and informative engineer who didn't mind answering questions, it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him, lovely man 5 star service
