Absolutely fantastic customer service. From lady that sorted and sold us the burner to gentleman in stores department. Very hapy with our new ecoburn. If your thinking of getting a burner choose these with out a doubt. Tried many shops but won't get better than these. Big thanks to young lady store.

Just had a chilli penguin installed and we are absolutely thrilled with it and with the first class service we received from Deco Heat right from our original contact with Beth at the shop; to the survey carried out by Matt and the installation by Dave & Zen who were first class workmen and did a very professional job. We would not hesitate to recommend Deco Heat to anyone thinking of having a wood burning stove installed
