There are several cleaning methods available to professionals such as steam cleaning, chemical cleaning, low moisture cleaning and others. We recommend the water extraction cleaning process as the most effective method for cleaning your carpets & upholstery and not the harsh and potentially damaging steam cleaning process. We will however, recommend a low moisture method for use on more delicate fibres. A bit of an unknown this one but a bit of chemistry and there you go - it's what we do
Filtration marks, or draft marks as they are known as, we all suffer with them but they can be removed - those dark edges under the doors, particularly around the airing cupboard. Around the skirting boards can however be permanent, the dust your vacuum cleaner cannot get to will eventually turn.
A tricky one today but all good in the end - Lipstick deposited on the carpet by a very inquisitive toddler. The carpet buckle was already there unfortunately otherwise it would have looked like new. Another Happy Customer
