Our company Upper Glass Cleaning is a traditional Family run business, providing that personal touch that only smaller companies can achieve. This empathetic attitude towards a customers needs has been gained by working collectively for over 35 years in a customer service enviroment. We aim to guard jealously our professionalism and customer standards, which includes a trustworty and honest service. To satisfactorily achieve this we only employ family members and trusted friends, our reputation is too valuable to allow anything less.
Our cleaning service is not curtailed due to inclement weather conditions. We are, after all, big strong Boys & Girls with all the right clothing to keep us warm and dry. Yes! we do have limits, the odd Earthquake or Volcanic eruption may get us to take an early lunch, (a rare occurance, unless you live in Dudley) but other than that, expect to see us come, Hail, Rain or Shine. To explain : Not having your windows cleaned due to the rain or immenence of it, is a bit of an old wives tale. Will your windows be cleaner after we have visited?
