Previously to Bespoke Cleaning Solutions Ltd I owned a successful cleaning franchise for over 10 years, were I was trained to NVQ Level 1 and 2 in both Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. We have over 15 year's experience in cleaning carpets and upholstery throughout the Derby and Nottingham Area. Myself Neil Gadsby am trained to NVQ Level 2 in cleaning all types of carpet and upholstery and rugs. The Cleaning system we use is called hot water extraction or sometimes known as steam cleaning, which is the recommended cleaning process by all major carpet retailers. When attending your property, we will first check for any unforeseen problems and discuss them with you. All wooden or metal furniture will have plastic tabs placed beneath the feet to prevent any colour leakage into the carpet from the furniture.
