Watret was one of the early adopters to qualify for CORGI Registration, which is now managed by Gas Safe. Our Gas Safe registration shows that we were the 578th Company to be registered in the UK. Today the company manages properties for a number of prestigious registered social landlords. Our impressive track record has led Watret to become one of the most reliable providers of heating services.

We provide a comprehensive suite of gas services to Social and Registered landlords to meet their ever changing needs. Our 5 star, 3 star and 1 star JCT and TPC term contracts are delivered through our directly employed engineering team and we pride ourselves on high levels of customer satisfaction and KPI management. We continuously aim and deliver 100% compliancy on LGSR management for our clients providing them a safe and trusted service to meet their legal obligations. Our operations based in St Albans currently delivers services to our client's stock in; Central and Greater London, South East/West of England and Home Counties.

We offer a full range of services for commercial systems across a number of different applications and design briefs. Each year we manage a number of large scale capital works, as well as ad-hoc commercial installations such as schools, churches and public buildings. We also provide maintenance cover and service visits to over 250 commercial gas appliances for clients in both the public and private sectors.
