Our comprehensive facilities allow for all work to be completed in house for a better finish fast, without compromising quality.

Shot Blasting is our preferred method of metal surface preparation for painting. This process involves the controlled blasting of the item with abrasive material in order to remove any current finishes and coatings while also removing any corrosion or contamination such as rust. This process not only removes coatings but leaves the item's surface slightly abraded meaning coatings can be applied much more effectively, resulting in a superior finish. Our bead blasting facilities are perfect for more delicate non-ferrous parts.

Powder coating has many more applications including offshore and heavy artillery attachments. For more information please contact us. Please note that we have not provided online colour samples as these will differ considerably to the actual colour. If you would like to see examples please drop in and see us. We like to keep things simple. That is why we have three simple groups for our finishes; Standard, Premium and Ultimate. If your stuff only needs coating once it is Standard, if it needs coating twice it is Premium and (you've probably guessed) if it needs coating three times it is Ultimate.

As well as our extensive powder coating facilities we also have comprehensive spray painting facilities including two large spray rooms large enough to accommodate almost any job. Xylan is a specialist coating that first became available at BettaBlast some years ago. In that time it has become increasingly popular and our team have quickly become experts in its application. It is used to reduce friction; making it excellent for non-stick applications and for protecting metal against corrosion.
